For Submissions
Once you complete the submission form, you'll need to send a copy of your film- either a DVD or DVD-R (Region 1 or Region 0), or a VHS videotape (NTSC only) or 35mm. Make sure your movie is clearly marked with the film title, contact name, phone number, and email address (see Submission Form for more info)
