The EARLY BIRD submission fee is $15 for short films 35 minutes or less, $20 for films up to 99 minutes, and $25 for films 100+ minutes. The EARLY BIRD submission period ends on June 17, 2012 at midnight.
After June 17, 2012 fees are $20 for shorts up to 35 minutes, $25 for features up to 99 minutes, and $30 for films 100 minutes or more. The FINAL DEADLINE is July 28, 2012.
To finalize your submission, choose the correct option below. Once your submission is complete you’ll receive an email confirmation, and a PayPal payment notification within about an hour. If you don’t receive both of these, your submission has not been finalized and you should contact us at submissions AT darkcarnivalfilmfest DOT com.

NOTIFICATION OF ACCEPTANCE
Acceptance is subject to selection by our screening committee. Final selection announcements will be made in August, 2012 and you’ll receive an email regarding the selection of your film. We’ll also keep a running a list of all the scheduled films on DarkCarnivalFilmFest.com. If you need your DVD or tape back, you’ll need to be sure to include a stamped, self-addressed envelope with your submission materials.
